I’m on the run, so I gotta make this quick.
My name is Faith, and this blog is inspired by the book “Vegan Soul Kitchen,” by Bryant Terry. I’m going to attempt to cook all 150 recipes in VSK, plus a few other recipes as they strike my fancy, and blog my efforts. All of the photos you will see on my blog will be pictures of food that has actually been cooked by me, and photographed by my husband. (Even that luscious, crispy rosemary-baked tofu in the banner is from last night’s dinner. Mmmmm! ) I don’t care how much the pic looks like an ad, or something that may have come from a book– I promise you these pics are of HOME-COOKED FOOD. The food has been cooked by your’s truly. The photographs have been taken inside of my home, on my dishes, and by my husband, Marc Skinner. (My husband is a professional photographer, so I don’t expect to post many run-of-the-mill snapshots, unless I take them myself, LOL.)
